◆Ringlock Scffolding Product Overview

Ringlock scaffolding system is a modular scaffold system which is more safe and convenient, it can be divided into 48mm system and 60mm system. it is consist of standard, ledger, diagonal brace, jack base, u head and other components. Standard is welded by rosette with eight holes that four small holes to connect ledger and another four big holes to connect diagonal brace.

1. Multi-function:

According to the specific construction requirement, it can be composed to single or double scaffolding, support frame and column, material lifting frame, climbing scaffolding, hanging frame and other functional construction equipment with different sets of size, shape and load-bearing capacity.

Simple structure, easy assembly and disassemble, and it can avoid the bolts and scattered parts to lose, the joint assembly demolition speed is 5 times faster than conventional, assembly and disassembly are quick and effortless, and the workers can complete all operations with a hammer.

To use the self-gravity, the connector can finish the double self-locking. The load power acting on the ledger is passed to the standard through the rosette, and this system has a strong anti-shear capacity (up to 199KN). The unique vertical diagonal brace instead of scissors support to correct the deviation. It can be connected from 8 directions with all of self-lock effect. In addition it can be set the aside cantilevered scaffolding.

4. Fast installation, convenient using, saving cost, saving labors:

Due to less quantity, light weight, workers can easily assembling and dismantling, easy to load and unload, easy to transport, easy to store. Erection cost, transportation cost, rental cost, maintenance cost will be saved 30% than traditional scaffolding system. Also it will save 2/3 labors than pipe and couplers system.
