Prop base plates which are mainly stamped with iron plates, are generally square in shape with a hole in the middle. This hole size specification is generally based on customer requirements.

Prop base plates are usually thin pieces of various shapes to reduce friction, prevent leaks, isolate, prevent loosening, or distribute pressure. This material is used in many materials and structures to perform a variety of similar functions. Due to the limitations of the material and process of the threaded fasteners, the bearing surfaces of the fasteners such as the bolts are not large, so that the surface of the parts to be joined is protected to reduce the compressive stress of the bearing surface, and washers are used.

With mature rolling,stamping,welding and casting techniques etc, our annual output are 8000 tons adjustable base jack, 4000 tons screw tie rod, 5000 tons casting products, 2000 tons steel prop parts etc. And our products have been exported to over 30 countries and regions in Southeast Asia,The Middle East, Europe and America, including Singapore,Thailand,USA,UK,UAE,Russian,Norway,Morocco,Bangladesh etc.
