The whole set of accessories is divided into inner screw nut (cup nut, handle nut, cup nut) and outer screw joint.The raw materials are high-quality steel pipes produced by Daqiuzhuang steel pipe production base. After the inner wall reinforcement removal treatment, seamless steel pipes can also be selected according to the user's requirements.Q195, Q215, Q235 or mixed materials can be selected, or higher materials or special materials can be selected as required.

◆Prop Cup Nut Advantage

The factory has a number of automatic pipe cutting equipment, all of which are digital automatic control. The section is smooth and smooth without burrs, and the perpendicularity of the end face and the steel pipe axis is ensured.

The welding process adopts CO2 gas shielded welding machine for automatic welding, which improves the firmness of the welded junction and the uniformity of the appearance shape of the welded junction.

All specifications and dimensions of Prop Cup Nut are processed and produced according to customer requirements, customer drawings and samples.

The surface of Prop Cup Nut is black in natural color. If required, surface treatment such as galvanizing, dipping, painting, electrostatic spraying and hot galvanizing can be carried out.
